Incony

(1) Unlearned; artless

(2) In Scotland it denotes mischievously unlucky: as he's an incony fellow. This seems to be the meaning in Shakespeare.

"O my troth, most sweet jests, most incony vulgar wit,
When it comes so smoothly off.

-Shakespeare.
